Q. How much do you charge for delivery?

A. Delivery is FREE on all items.


Q. Can I check the expected delivery date and progress of my order?

A. Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing the tracking number and instructions on how to track your order. All orders are sent via tracked delivery methods, for customer peace of mind.


Q. Can I place an order without creating an account?

A. Yes, you can checkout as a guest; however, by creating an account you can shop with us much quicker, and save delivery and billing information for future purchases.


Q. What if I change my mind, can I cancel my order?

A. It may not be possible to cancel your order, depending on how long ago you placed it. You can, however, return unwanted items to us in their original condition and packaging, within 14days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for further information.
